Surviving Wayne
I find that it is a full time job surviving myself. I and my quirks and imperfections will be the fall of me. Thanks to God, my Creator, Protector, and Savior, survival is immanent.

Rough Tummy
I sit here with my stomach feeling terrible. I had a few taquitos for dinner after my tummy had settled a bit. I am looking forward to going to bed.

I think that it is finally hitting me that I am getting older. Even though I and still considered a young adult, I see various parts of me showing age. For instance, I get tired earlier and can't stay up as late. There are foods I like that "don't like me." My knees aren't as flexible as they used to be. I could take the hair sprouting from my nose and ears and made a toupe for my self.

Two weeks from tomorrow, I turn 30. I am not excited about this. I remember looking at people in their 30's when I was a kid and thought, "They are old." I have become the "They."

Paula and I are going bowling this weekend with some people I work with. We are excited about it. It will be fun.

Ok, so I am really tired and need to go to bed, because I keep wanting to close my eyes.

I will survive.

Paula and I both love this show. It is a remake of the 70's action television show. We haven't seen it in forever since the Writers Guild Strike. How sad!!

Listening

Harry Connick, JR

Harry Connick Jr's newest album, "Oh, My Nola" is full of music from New Orleans or written by artists from New Orleans. Since Paula and I lived in New Orleans, it is special to us. We actually got to see the concert for this album live. It was great. You have got to check this out!
