Surviving Wayne
I find that it is a full time job surviving myself. I and my quirks and imperfections will be the fall of me. Thanks to God, my Creator, Protector, and Savior, survival is immanent.

Five Hundred, Twenty-Five Thousand, Six Hundred Minutes
....actually in One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand, One Hundred Twenty minutes from midnight tonight, Paula and I will accompany Sarah, Jeff, Sheri, and Ryan to Ovens Auditorium to see Rent, The Broadway Musical.

Those who know me know that I am a big fan of Rent. I have seen it on stage before. Paula has only seen the movie. Sarah has seen it on stage. I am scared that we may be kicked out of the theater because you know me, Paula, Sarah, and Sheri are all gonna be singing along. I don't know Jeff and Ryan enough to know if they know it enough to sing along or if they are "sing along" type people.

Anyway, we are excited!

Oh, by the way, we only had like 4 trick-or-treaters last night. They were from the same family. We had a ton of candy left. I brought it to work. It is halfway gone already and the day is only halfway through. My co-workers like to eat.

I survived.

Paula and I both love this show. It is a remake of the 70's action television show. We haven't seen it in forever since the Writers Guild Strike. How sad!!

Listening

Harry Connick, JR

Harry Connick Jr's newest album, "Oh, My Nola" is full of music from New Orleans or written by artists from New Orleans. Since Paula and I lived in New Orleans, it is special to us. We actually got to see the concert for this album live. It was great. You have got to check this out!
